Please note that I take what I do very seriously. It is a spiritual calling that I have studied many years for, investing in myself and humanity to share gifts given me that I hope can improve and better or help lead to solutions for each person I spend time working with. For this reason, I ask that all parties turn off and store cell phones, laptops, tablets, gaming equipment, televisions, radios, mp3 players, and other electronic devices when at or involved with an appointment, video call, class, or event. Children, pets, and friends are not allowed to “sit in” to wait for you during a session. Registered service animals are always welcome.
Please be on time for your appointment as I may have others booked immediately after you, and I desire to provide the best interaction possible by taking advantage of your entire session. Try to schedule your session when you are not under high levels of time pressure or stress that can affect your ability to focus and receive the information or blessings shared. Use of intoxicants of any type during a session can and will affect the outcome, so please refrain. If in person, no smoking of any substance, including vape products, is allowed. Please dress business or daily casual and leave excessive jewelry at home due to the interaction some metals have in energy fields.

I am a medical professional and have been on the front lines during the Covid-19 Pandemic. If we happen to be in physical proximity for a session during this crisis, please know that all social distancing, mask, and sanitation protocols are in place and expected of all clients without exception. This is why at this time I strongly recommend telephone or digital conferences.
Due to the requirements of planning for a party, event, or speaking engagement, all events of these types require payment in advance in full to schedule.
Should your event have additions at the last minute that can be accommodated (which will be after a discussion with and at the discretion of the presenter), fees for those additional parties must be taken care of prior to the commencement of the event.
Pricing for party-type events start at $120/hour and have a minimum 2 hour booking time. Events can also be booked for ten minutes sessions, available at a rate of $20 per session, with a minimum of 2 hours total booking time. These type of events are discussed and agreed upon in advance and do carry a minimum guarantee for travel and time.
Rebooking: Life happens, and things get in the way. If you need to rebook your session, please contact me within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, and preferably longer. If possible we can work out a rescheduled time to meet. Please do this via phone, text, voicemail message, or email. Please do not utilize the contact form in the website for appointment cancellations and times due to the possible lag in internet transmissions or schedule conflicts that prevent being able to see the information in time.
Cancellations and refunds: Cancellations for private sessions of any type need to be done 24 hours or more in advance to receive a refund. Refunds will be issued within 7 days, less processing fees to the original payment type, and will only be issued to the party who paid for the event or sessions. Please allow appropriate processing time through your financial system or credit card company for your refund to appear on your statement or account. Please note that with some companies this can be as much as 14 or more business days.
Rescheduling an event: Because of the time and preparation an event or party takes, as well as often travel time, any rebooking needs to be discussed well in advance with me. At least a two-week lead time is required, and more is suggested. Time availability will be at the discretion of the presenter if my schedule has available your new requested time and date. Uncontrollable events such as serious illness, weather, and other happenings will be taken into consideration.
Class participation no-shows and cancellations: Due to the nature of classwork, the group requirements, and materials, classes missed are non-refundable. If there are materials made available to share, those materials can be made available to you upon request. Make-up sessions on rare occasions can be arranged for an additional fee if time and distance allow.
Cancellations and refunds for parties and events: Due to the nature of larger bookings, any cancellation of this type must be done at least 7 days in advance to receive a refund, and must be done in writing via time and dated email or hard copy. Cancellation requests are not taken via the contact form on this website. Refunds will be issued to the original payment type less processing fees, and will only be issued to the party who paid for the event or sessions. If there have been special arrangements such as hotel or event space reservations made that required prepayment, deposits, or fees, those charges that are not recoverable will be deducted from the event refund. In the event of those types of fees or charges, please allow up to 10 business days for the refund process to be handled so that all those issues can be cleared prior to issuance of the refund.
Uncontrollable events such as inclement weather will be taken into account; event cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances (wedding cancellations, deaths, etc.) will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please allow appropriate processing time through your financial system or credit card company for your refund to appear on your statement or account.
